About The Project

This project showcases the complete redesign and fit-out transformation of Hazza Café in Al Ain, where FP Interior Design & Fit-Out delivered a modern and visually striking concept tailored to enhance customer experience and brand identity.

The new design introduces a warm and inviting atmosphere using wood cladding wall finishes combined with microcement artistic backdrops, creating a unique contrast between natural textures and contemporary materials. Seating areas were carefully redesigned to improve comfort, space utilization, and customer flow.

All flooring, ceiling, and wall finishes were executed using high-quality microcement, ensuring durability, seamless aesthetics, and long-term performance suitable for high-traffic café environments.

The HVAC system was engineered based on detailed heat load calculation and cooling calculation studies, ensuring optimal air distribution and efficiency. Carrier air conditioning units were installed according to project specifications, with concealed AC grilles integrated within the ceiling design to maintain a clean and minimal look.

Modern ceiling lighting was strategically designed to enhance ambiance and highlight architectural elements, while a custom-built display fridge was integrated within the coffee bar to combine functionality with visual appeal.
