This project represents a distinctive restaurant and café concept in Fujairah, designed to deliver a unique sensory dining experience inspired by nature, craftsmanship, and artistic identity.

The space integrates natural and handcrafted elements, highlighted by a 125-year-old olive tree placed as a central feature, creating a strong connection between indoor design and organic aesthetics. A dedicated indoor planting area was carefully developed with full technical specifications to maintain greenery within the commercial environment.

The flooring features premium Spanish parquet, adding warmth and elegance to the overall ambiance, while all walls, ceilings, and the pottery room were finished with high-end microcement to achieve a seamless, modern, and refined look.

A fully equipped coffee bar was designed and executed with custom-built display refrigeration units, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal. The seating experience was elevated through handmade chairs and bespoke lighting fixtures, adding a personalized and artisanal character to the space.

One of the project’s most unique elements is the pottery workshop room, designed to support creative activities within the venue, featuring curved 90-degree glass installations that enhance spatial flow and visual continuity.

The HVAC system was executed with acoustic insulation and powder-coated cladding finishes, ensuring both performance and aesthetic integration within the design.

The layout was carefully planned across a total area of 460 sqm, including 180 sqm dedicated to a fully operational kitchen, achieving a balance between front-of-house experience and back-of-house efficiency.

Additional design highlights include a central column transformed into a vertical cactus planting feature and a signature circular seating area, creating intimate and luxurious family-friendly spaces within the restaurant.
