This project represents the complete restaurant fit-out and execution of Huff & Puff at Dubai Mall, delivered in full compliance with Dubai Mall fit-out regulations and international safety standards.

The scope included high-quality LSZH low smoke zero halogen cabling systems, UV kitchen hood systems, and fire-rated HVAC ducting with acoustic insulation to ensure safety, performance, and durability. All materials and systems were carefully selected and approved to meet strict mall authority requirements.

The flooring systems were fully waterproof and suitable for high-traffic commercial use, while wall cladding works were executed according to Dubai Mall specifications, ensuring durability, hygiene, and premium finishing standards.

The project featured high-end finishing works including custom wood finishes, premium coatings, and advanced glass installations such as spider glass systems, integrated with smart lighting solutions to enhance the customer experience and brand identity.

Every detail of this restaurant was designed and executed to balance aesthetics, functionality, and operational efficiency, delivering a high-performance F&B space that meets the expectations of one of the most demanding retail environments in the UAE.
