This project covers the full interior design and fit-out execution of Reges Events Office in Dubai, developed as a modern workspace with a focus on functionality, privacy, and efficient space utilization.

The project started with the complete demolition and removal of all existing finishes and partitions. The new design was developed to align with a contemporary office concept, optimizing the total area of 280 sqm and utilizing every part of the space.

The layout includes dedicated staff areas, a fully equipped IT room, and meeting spaces designed to support daily operations. All partitions were constructed using sound-insulated gypsum board systems to enhance privacy and acoustic performance.

Custom-built elements were integrated within the walls, including concealed TV units and hidden storage solutions. Finishing materials vary across the space, including carpet flooring for work areas, microcement walls for a modern industrial look, and porcelain finishes in selected zones.

All ceiling works were executed using custom-built structures designed to align with the interior concept, utilizing non-traditional handcrafted methods instead of standard systems.

A pantry area was designed with a café-style concept, creating a relaxed environment similar to a coffee shop. The restroom was upgraded with modern electrical sanitary systems, including automated seat functionality.

Joinery works include hidden wooden doors, sliding glass doors, and integrated wall elements that align with the overall design.

The HVAC system was carefully coordinated, combining exposed circular duct systems in open ceiling areas with hidden AC grills in enclosed rooms. Circular and linear diffusers were used to ensure proper air distribution.

All materials, systems, and finishes were selected and executed based on detailed study and coordination to match both design intent and site conditions.
